how to get ink to flow again on magic markers?they have dried out any ideas?

these pens are used for visual aids on pointer boards.

  1. you should try to use a few drops of rubbing alcholol in the end were you can open the marker then set it upright with the top that writes pointing down that should help
  2. I was a preschool teacher and this happened a lot. You just put a couple of drops of vinegar in the marker. Dampen the tip a little with it as well. They will work again.
  3. You can try moistening the market tips by dipping them in a bit of water. Then shake the marker with your wrist which should push the ink in the marker into the tip. That should squeeze a bit more life out of your marker ink. http://inkjetinkcartridge.net/index.php?category=Canon
