Do you have to be 18 to buy permanent markers in california? Like sharpies or decos?

2. ha,no.go to an office supply store or any drug store,anyone can get them.they're not like spray paint
3. at certain stores in san francisco to you have to be 18 to get the jumbo tagging markers but you can get sharpies so it depends on the person and the store and the marker....if you're a tagger i respect you i love tagging its hell fun
