Christians believe that magic is evil- what are their beliefs about magic markers?
Public Comments
- That was really small minded.
- magic eye , magic rub eraser, magic johnson too, yes all the devil
- I believe the Southern Baptist Convention recently resolved that the reason they get you high is the evil magic.
- The indelible ones are undeniably evil, especially when the kids use them to write on walls, cars, etc.
- They're pure evil unless you're using them to draw penises on the side of passed out frat guys' mouths.
- I bet they love magic mushrooms.
- In the hands of a child they are evil! Paint comes off the wall and the magic marker stays...it's not natural ;)
- They're not really magic....I've never understood why they called it that. Or why they call them tennis shoes when they will probably never been on a tennis court....ever.
- Cain would be Abel to tell you.
- No, no... Christians only believe that magic is evil when their god isn't the magician. After all, Christianity depends on a belief in god's magical powers. Personally, I like the magic markers that have the smells... the ones kindergarten kids use.
- They are probably having protests against them in Alabama. They insist on calling them "life markers", sons of bitches.
- Christians believe that, eh? I must have missed that memo at church. The Spoonful said it best: "It's magic if the music is groovy, and makes you feel happy like an old-time movie. I'll tell you 'bout the magic that will free your soul, but it's like tryin' to tell a stranger 'bout rock-'n'-roll."
- [sniff, sniff] ahhhhhhh the sharpie is the true marker of god.
