How to remove permanent marker from wood furniture?

My daughter drew on wood furniture with a black permanent marker ,I hope there is a way to remove it ,please help!

  2. i used baby oil, but im not sure what kind of wood you have or how bad the damage is.
  3. There is a product called Sol U Mel, from Melaleuca and it's great at removing those type things. I'll include a link that talks about the product.
  4. When my kids get permanent marker on frniture or woodwork I generally go for the magic eraser. Usually after a few scrubs you can get it off- if it doesn't come off the first time, rinse the sponge out and try it again.
  5. there might be a way but i mean if ur hand with the wood and u want to repaint it u could sand down the spots and redo the stuf that was drawn on
  6. Try Goo Gone - The stuff you get rid of the glue that's on almost anything you buy anymore.
